PILATES GROUP MATWORK CLASSES MONDAY - SATURDAY
Group Matwork classes feature mat-based exercises often performed at a deliberate pace, which condition the entire body in a range of movements. Practiced consistently, it improves strength, flexibility, alignment, muscle balance and tone, and most famously, core stability. Matwork classes utilise a variety of props to aid and enhance exercises, such as the overball, resistance bands, and Pilates magic circle (resistance ring).
Matwork classes suit people who have no major injuries. Our classes run in blocks of 6 weeks so that our students benefit from having regular sessions.
